1. Practitioner Membership
1.1 Membership Cost
Practitioner membership on the Rooted Vitality platform costs:
- $222 per month
This membership provides access to the platform, ability to list your services, connect with clients, receive reviews, and use all practitioner features.
1.2 Billing Cycle
Your membership renews monthly:
- You are charged on the same date each month
- Charges appear as "Rooted Vitality" on your bank or credit card statement
- We will notify you via email before each charge
- You can view your billing history in your account settings
2. Our Refund Policy
2.1 No Refunds
We do not accept refunds at this time.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once charged
- We cannot refund monthly membership payments
- There are no exceptions to this policy
- Payments are final once processed
2.2 Why No Refunds?
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- We provide ongoing access to the platform for the entire billing period
- Your profile remains active and visible to potential clients all month
- You have the ability to update and manage your profile continuously
- You can receive client inquiries and bookings throughout the month
- Platform infrastructure and support are available to you 24/7
3. Cancellation
3.1 You Can Cancel Anytime
We make it easy to cancel your membership:
- You can cancel your membership at any time
- No long-term contracts or commitments required
- No cancellation fees
- Cancel through your account settings or contact support
3.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your membership:
- Log into your practitioner account
- Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription
- Click "Cancel Membership"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
- Or email support@rootedvitality.health to request cancellation
3.3 When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of the month you paid for
- Your profile will remain visible to clients through the end of your paid period
- After cancellation, your profile will be removed from the directory
- We will send you a confirmation email with your cancellation date
3.4 What Happens After Cancellation
Once your membership ends:
- Your profile is removed from the public directory
- New clients cannot find or contact you through Rooted Vitality
- You lose access to your practitioner dashboard
- You cannot receive new client inquiries through the platform
- Your reviews and account data are retained for record-keeping
- You can reactivate your membership at any time by re-subscribing
4. Billing Issues and Disputes
4.1 If You Were Charged Twice
If you notice a duplicate charge or billing error:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@rootedvitality.health
- Include your account email and the dates of the charges
- We will investigate billing errors promptly
- If a billing error is confirmed, we will correct it
4.2 Unauthorized Charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize:
- Contact us immediately to report the charge
- We will investigate and clarify the charge
- If the charge is truly unauthorized, we will work to resolve it
- You may also contact your bank or credit card issuer for a chargeback
4.3 Billing Disputes
If you have a billing dispute:
- Contact our support team with details of the dispute
- Provide your account information and the specific charges in question
- We will respond within 5-7 business days
- We will work to resolve the dispute fairly
5. Payment Methods

- Your profile will be hidden from the public directory
- You will not be able to receive new client inquiries
- Reactivation requires payment of all outstanding fees
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Interruptions
If the platform experiences a significant service interruption:
- We will work to restore service as quickly as possible
- Temporary outages do not entitle you to refunds
- Extended outages (24+ hours) may be discussed with support
- We will communicate transparently about outages and resolutions
7.2 Account Issues
If there are issues with your account:
- Contact our support team for assistance
- We will work to resolve technical issues
- Account issues do not entitle you to refunds
8. Client Refunds (For Services)
Rooted Vitality does not handle refunds for services provided by practitioners. Refunds for individual practitioner services are between the client and the practitioner:
- Clients should contact their practitioner directly about service refunds
- Practitioners set their own refund policies for their services
- Rooted Vitality is a marketplace and does not process service refunds
- Disputes about services should be handled between client and practitioner
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time:
- Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance
- We will notify you via email of significant policy changes
- Continued membership after changes indicates acceptance of new terms
- Changes apply to new billing cycles, not retroactively
