Match Settings & Customization
Your Match Settings are where you define how you work on Rooted Vitality. This is where you have complete control over your practice.
Control Every Detail
Through Match Settings, you can manage your Profile (how clients see you), your Specialties (what you offer), your Travel Coverage (where and how you work), and your Match Status (whether you're available to receive new matches). Each setting can be adjusted independently, so you can pause one specialty, adjust your coverage area, or turn matching on and off—all without affecting the rest of your setup. Your practice evolves as you do.
Stay Organized
Your Inbox keeps all client conversations in one place. New matches appear in your new messages tab, and you can access client information, wellness profiles, and contact details directly from the conversation thread. Everything you need to communicate with a client is right there.
Your Profile: Your First Impression
Your practitioner profile is how clients get to know you. You can update your background, credentials, approach, specialties, and add a personal introduction video from your settings. Your profile completeness affects your visibility in the directory—the more complete your profile, the higher you appear in search results. We suggest keeping your profile fresh and updated as your practice evolves.
Tools & Integrations
Rooted Vitality works with the tools you already use. We've integrated with popular CRM platforms so you can sync your client data seamlessly. If you use HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, HighLevel, ServiceTitan, mHelpDesk, or Zoho CRM, you can connect it directly from your Settings.
