Understanding CRM Integrations

If you use a CRM to manage your clients and practice, you can connect it to Rooted Vitality. This lets you sync client data between platforms, keeping everything organized in one place. You can connect one or multiple CRM systems depending on how you work.

Supported CRM Platforms

Rooted Vitality integrates with several popular CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, HighLevel, ServiceTitan, mHelpDesk, and Zoho CRM. If you use one of these systems, you can set up a connection to sync your client information automatically.

Connecting Your CRM

Setting up a CRM integration is straightforward. Find the integrations option in your Settings page and follow these steps:

How to Connect

Navigate to your Settings and look for the CRM Integrations section. You'll see available CRM platforms displayed. Choose the one you use and click to connect. Most platforms use a secure login flow where you'll authorize the connection. After you authorize, the integration is active and ready to sync. If you want to disconnect a CRM later, you can do that anytime from the same settings page.

Sync and Manage Your Data

Once connected, your CRM will begin syncing with Rooted Vitality. You can manually trigger a sync anytime if you want to refresh your data right away. We suggest checking your CRM settings periodically to ensure everything is syncing the way you'd like. If you have questions about what data is being shared or how the sync works, you can access those settings from your integrations page.
